How to Use this Site

Your Health Advocate features video answers to frequently asked patient questions. Entry to Your Health Advocate is primarily by patients who have been referred by their physicians.

For first-time users:
Fill in your email address. A box will appear asking “why were you referred to YourHealthAdvocate?” Selections include Heart Surgery, Heart Rhythm Problems and Sleep Disorders. Below this main selection, you will be prompted to choose the specific area for which you were referred. Click ‘Log In’ and you will be connected directly to that section of the video Q&A program. Regardless of which option you choose, once you enter you will have access to the entire Atlantic YourHealthAdvocate program.

For repeat users:
You can revisit the Video Question & Answers page to watch answers to additional questions, or you can access the Weekly Patient Health Monitor by clicking on the link at the top of the page. Print out your Health Monitor form weekly, and bring them with you to your next doctor appointment.
